Along with this letter, I'm sending back the sheets (Sales #4503) that you returned to us. I'm sorry to hear that they were not the color you expected, especially since there were color swatches as well as color photographs of the sheets in the catalog. Unfortunately, as we have indicated in large type on the bottom of our order form, we cannot accept any items for return or exchange that have been monogrammed, unless there is a defect in either the material or workmanship.
